Impact’s services are currently used by over 2,500 people. We have 100 staff members who are supported by approximately 120 volunteers.
Our central management team ensures every project meets our high standards of business and financial management, but we also respect the dedication and expertise of our staff and volunteers.
Project leaders and their teams are encouraged to be innovative in developing their services for the people who use them. And the people who use our services are actively involved in assessing and developing them too.
We are large enough to run our own central HR, IT and accounts departments, which helps to keep our overall costs down.
Our team of dedicated and professional trustees ensures that our culture of high quality is maintained.
