Our services help people to achieve independence through training, advocacy and one to one support. We provide advice and guidance to support people into work. We ensure those with disabilities and addiction issues have the right support at the right time from the right people so they have the opportunities that many take for granted
Works with people with mental health problems, disabilities or other barriers to employment, by supporting them into paid work, training or volunteering.
Gives a voice to adults with a disability or learning difficulties who feel excluded from decisions being made about their lives
