Impact Initiatives was established over 30 years ago to provide much-needed services where we saw gaps in the support available to people from public or voluntary organizations.
Before you can set up a relevant service, you need to understand what the best service to meet the need could possibly look like. This process of imagining and then creating relevant and effective services is one of our areas of expertise.
We draw on our experience to help us create and set-up services that don't merely tick boxes and meet targets, but that help people in need of support in a way that meets the needs that they themselves identify.
We have the advantage of experience gained from working with an unusually diverse group of people, from young children to older people. We help people into work and independence, support young women with nowhere safe to go with supported housing, help younger people with counselling and sexual health advice, and run day centres for older people.
We are able to harness our diverse expertise, local knowledge and talented management to set up tailored projects to meet the specific needs across Sussex.
If you have identified a need for a service, or want to talk about how we can set something up for you, please do get in touch.
