Impact Initiatives has been developing and managing diverse projects across Sussex and Brighton and Hove for 30 years.
Over this time we have developed a structure and ethos that makes it possible to set up and run successful projects efficiently, and in a way that puts the people using the services at the centre of their development.
Efficient central management
Our central management team ensures that our services are well managed with strict financial discipline, and that all health and safety procedures are in place and adhered to.
We are large enough to run our own central HR, IT and accounts departments, which helps to keep our costs down. And a team of dedicated and professional trustees ensures that our organisation maintains our culture of high quality service provision and dedicated project management.
Flexible development of individual services
Although our management team ensures every project meets our high standards, we respect the dedication and expertise of our staff and volunteers. Project leaders and their teams are encouraged to develop their services for the people who use them. And the people who use our services are actively involved in assessing and developing them.
Our staff and volunteers therefore have the freedom to innovate within a framework that ensures that the service is well run.
Monitored outcomes
Through our regular reports and communication of outcomes, our funders can have confidence that their resources are being used efficiently and what effect they are having in helping local communities.
