Here are some of the things we need to pay for to maintain our current services:
can help to pay for gentle exercise classes which help keep older people fit and active for longer
can help to provide counselling for a young person in distress
could help us purchase information leaflets for free distribution to young people on topics like drug abuse and HIV/AIDS.
could help us provide supported Internet sessions for people with mental health needs to search for courses and jobs.
could help us buy practical household
equipment for a homeless young woman resident in our supported
housing schemes.
could pay for a social or educational day trip for eight housebound older people
could subsidise 250 after-school club sessions for unemployed parents from deprived neighbourhoods, giving them time to return to training or employment.
could pay for a part-time Advocacy Worker to support people with learning difficulties to make their own choices about issues affecting their lives
Please help us by making a donation.
Your donations really make a difference. To find out more, please see our Wish List.
In July, our popular pub quiz at the Reservoir pub in Brighton raised over £200 for Stopover Supported Housing. Thanks to all who took part.
