Workability

Unemployed because of a health issue? Workability supports hundreds of adults with disabilities or health issues get training, volunteering or paid work opportunities.

Who is it for?

Workability supports hundreds of adults (18+) to get training, volunteering or paid work opportunities that will let them realise their potential.

The service specialises in supporting people with disabilities, those who have suffered from brain injuries, and individuals recovering from drug or alcohol dependencies.

We also work with employers to create new work opportunities and to help them maintain good working relationships with their employees.

What does it offer?

If you have a health issue or disability that is making it difficult for you to find work or get further training then our skilled local employment specialists and advisors can help.

We will match your skills and abilities to suitable jobs, courses and training and help you to access these. And we will work with you at a pace that is comfortable for you.

Workability also offers training courses to improve life and work skills.
