Impact relies on the help of many volunteers who currently donate their valuable time to support our work. We have many opportunities available, such as becoming:
- an advocate for someone with learning difficulties
- a counsellor for marginalised young people
- a befriender for a vulnerable older person
The list goes on!
We offer full training and the chance to make a real difference to someone's life.

Impact Initiatives runs a range of services across Sussex to enable individuals and communities to achieve an improved quality of life and to promote people's inclusion within the wider community.
Bridge the Gap
